DACAR batteries are considered maintenance free for the best performance of your battery, it is recommended to visit a DACAR Authorized Service Center every three months for a free review.
To make the guarantee valid, it is necessary to present the guarantee card and to have filled in each one of the purchase-sale details, which are requested in said document, and to go to a DACAR Service Center.
Reasons why you may lose your warranty:
* Failure to comply with mandatory reviews; private transportation every 3 months and public transportation every month in authorized service centers.
* Broken, sunken or melted terminal.
* Case hit, swollen, broken or exploded.
* Due to overload or discharge caused by the vehicle’s electrical system.
Low electrolyte level or dry battery.
* Due to added impurities in the internal liquid of the battery.
* Due to misapplication, installation or malfunction of the vehicle’s electrical system, internal fault of the alternator, belt or belt in poor condition or out of adjustment, short-circuit of the vehicle, improper electrical installations or in poor condition.
* Battery overheating: if the battery has been exposed to excessive temperatures during operation and the electrolyte has exceeded 70 ° C.

* Adulteration of the warranty card, manufacturing code and / or warranty number.
